He's 19. I know he's my brother and all but I can't stand him. He's rude and honestly the stupidest person I know. One time he came home drunk and I asked him how many beers he had and he said over 12. What a pig.

Over here, you need to be 18 to buy alcohol, 5 years old to drink it...
