Every child in the world stopped at 8:40 for one minute. They all stopped again at 10:30, where they started to say "We are coming". Some new character wanting to help them, and is a doctor. Other character introduced working for the Home Office in London, and is good with computers. Some stuff happened, Jack & Ianto now a couple, some things with their families, etc. Ended with an explosion (not much of a spoiler, because you see it coming about 2 mins before it happens)
