I sleep with my TV on. But my sleep timer on my remote broke so my TV stays on all night. I turn the volume on low when I'm about to fall asleep.

Yep I do that to I can't stand the quietness.

And I sleep with a blanket over my head, im afraid something is going to shoot out of the darkness but with a blanket over my head they wont find me.
