I made the mistake a few years back about this and people are so mean and evil.

we went to our local animal shelter the beginning of December and we fell in Love with a puppy there and she is now laying on the couch in between me and DH.
No matter where we get them from, it is one less puppy that has to worry about meing loved and taken care of. Ours is so spoiled already.
It took our dog that we have had for 10 years until this week for him to start really playing with her.

We have had it rough the first couple of weeks.
She ended up with an upper repiratiry infection and then she passed it to our other dog and we have had them both on antibiotics and cough medicine. They are both completel better now and they are so fun to watch play with each other.

She is adorable. I have a Westie mix that we rescued a few years ago. She was a birthday present from DH and DD. I just love the terrier personality!
