New private island in Bahamas- opening date?

Is there any expected date for the new Disney private island in Bahamas?

would you believe that they will just alternate Castaway/Lighthouse in the current itineraries?

Or could they have itineraries with both ports?

For those that don't care to follow the links, the current answer is the first half of 2024. Of course that is subject to change and may be later.

I would not expect the itineraries to just change that were already booked. It looks like it'll be a new destination in the bahamas. It'll be another port. My guess is most of the bahama cruises will have either/or. Its entirely speculation at this point as we have no idea what Disney's actual plans are in terms of specific cruises, ships, etc. It looks like earliest expected completion date is 2024
