New Port Richy

Has anyone stayed in New Port Richey or Hudson Area on the Gulf Coast,
Would like to know what you thought

we stayed at New Port richey/Hudson for a wk a few yrs ago. Its a nice area, further down are the sponge docks, up the other way is weeki watchee, on the beach at richie is a lovely restaurant with a live band, you can sit there watching the sun go down! there is one main highway that runs straight down so on it is the usual walmarts, kmarts etc and a bowling alley. great area for getting to places like clearwater etc

Hi!!

we have a house in Hudson and we love it!!
New Port Richy is great too ,Tarpon Springs is just adorable and you can get a wee boat for the sponges! Also Sams Beach Bar in Hudson is fab!!! Great live music on a Sat night!

we thoroughly enjoyed it at sams beach bar!! watching the locals dancing and just chilling out
