It's called Pooh's Playful Spot, and it's really cute! As previously stated, it is intended for kids 2 - 5, but there are some little things that Pooh fans of any age might like to see. DW & I don't have any children (yet...keep your fingers crossed), but we've stopped by the spot a few times in the past few months. You'll find Pooh's "hunny tree" with his attached house and signs for locations recognizable to Pooh fans. Piglet is the only Pooh character that is a permanent fixture of this spot, but the costumed characters often hang out there. The "little squirts" enjoy the "Floody Place".
For those of us with fond memories of the old 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea attraction that occupied this location many years ago, there is a hidden homage in Pooh's house. There are two entrances to Pooh's house: a very tiny one for the kids, and another that's a little bigger for adults (although you may still have to duck your head or bend over a bit to get in). Once inside, take above the larger doorframe. There's a blue-ish/green knot, about 3 inches long, in the shape of the Nautilus. There appears to be a habit among the Pooh-themed attractions of respectfully honoring those attractions that came before.
A similar "homage" can be found in attraction The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. The building used to house Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. Early in the Pooh ride, when you get to Owl's wind-damaged house, take a look at the wall on the left. One of off-centered framed pictures on the wall is of Mr. Toad handing the deed to the building to Owl (Owl being a character in both The Wind in the Willows and Winnie the Pooh). Later in the ride there's a picture of Mole (from Mr. Toad) tipping his hat to Pooh.
