Except it's still considered 1 room since other than if you get very very lucky you are unable to drop one of the sections without dropping both. But with 2 rooms you can drop one and still keep the other. It's a critical difference IMO.

They could certainly do the same for PVB. Set aside 20 studios in each category and treat them as connected when a person books. If they cancel, make it so they have to cancel both.

They have the same ability to treat connecting studios no different than lock offs as far as booking and canceling.

In a certain respect, the 2BR lock off receives even better treatment because the points for a 2BR lock off are lower than the points for a 1BR + a studio.

I agree about PVB and am still surprised they are not doing that.
