My sister developed her own spreadsheet that helps us plan trips. I find it very useful--all the information on our trip is in one place and can easily be tucked into my wallet and we usually post one on the mirror or another spot in our room so it can easily be seen and reviewed by all in our party!

We leave in 19 days..I am planning,planning,planning....have my large Disney planning book and my pocket size Disney planner ready to go...but adding things everyday. PLanning is one of my very fav parts of the trip!

Sorry for the delay but I am currently in the US on business. I'm in lovely Sacramento for 3 days. A long way to come for 3 days but you do what you have to do.
