Hey guys! I'd like you to meet a pal of mine from Toontown Online – his name is Hysterical Harry and he's one of the Toons that's been visiting VMK this month courtesy of that mysterious portal that opened behind VMK's Fantasyland on April 1st. (I really need to talk to Yavn about getting that portal closed...)

Anyway, I actually bumped into this Toon in VMK Central.

Harry was playing VMK on the ol' Central computer talking about how much VMK reminded him of Halloween because all the players dress up as different characters. I watched him build a cool guest room but then I had to go – as I left, I heard him mumbling that he had a big surprise for VMK. Hmmm. Now, I'm not sure what this Toon is up to, but can you do me a favor? Keep an eye out for any wacky going-ons, would ya? And if you see something that doesn't seem quite right, let me know. I'll be walking around in game keeping an eye on things too.

arg, well that's fan-flippin-tastic...as if they don't try to convince us enough already to go over to toontown online, now the dang toons are invading our personal VMK bubble!?! i think not! blasted toons. toontown online is NOT the same or as fun as VMK no matter what they keep telling us! VMK, you can not and will not brainwash us with the toons, we're smarter than that... and yavn, please shut that dang portal before i climb through and strangle those goofy lookin' toons!! (or maybe i'll just slip through that portal with a 50 gallon drum of DIP!! sorry just needed a little bit of a flip out tonight, and i'm sick of the toontown junk! AHHH!!

VMK central's been gone from the parks an awfully long time.

Sometimes it becomes very obvious just how understaffed VMK really is.

Ok - how about this from the FAQ page...

I have a question about VMK leaving Disneyland and Walt Disney World.

Why is this happening? Why is VMK Central leaving Disneyland or the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World?

As time has gone by, we've changed the way Quest, Rewards and other parts of VMK work. The game, very much like the Disney Parks, is always changing.

We've always tried to experiment with unique ways of doing things, like in-Park Questing, and will continue to do that (for example, we'll still be doing cool stuff in the Parks, like Merchandise Cards and the Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage Quest) - but those things won't revolve just around VMK Central.

Does this mean VMK is going to end?

No. Just because we're closing VMK Central at the Magic Kingdom does not mean the game is going away. In fact, the game will continue going strong! And we've got lots of exciting additions coming in the next few months – stay tuned!

How are we supposed to believe anything they say?
