New phrases that grate on my nerves...

We have an AM radio guy who uses 9-11 instead of 9-1-1 in news stories involving call 911.

WE'LL be pregnant when WE both have periods, bloating and labor pains. Until then you will be free of that crap and WE'LL become parents, you the easy way, ME the hard way...

I was just going to post this. I hate this term which is all over corporate America right now. It means like a rough estimation or an informal calculation. But like all stupid phrases, people are using it for foolishness saying like "Let's do a back of the envelope on this situation".

I'm sick of tired of "Where you at?" Nobody says "Where are you?" anymore.

Well that's one I haven't heard yet, embies Who comes up with this stuff Every time I hear Rachel Ray say "sammies" I want to scream. That "word" drives me nuts.

That one is REALLY annoying- when a guy can get pregnant then he can use that phrase if they are both pregnant at the same time!!

The word that I realy can't stand is when an adult says "it's sooo YUMMY"...Yummy out of a 2 year olds mouth is cute but when an adult says it its just creepy!!!

Ha! My husband and I like to say phrases (many featured on this thread!) that will annoy the crap out of each other. He uses "yummy, yummy, yummers" to make my soul cry. "Nummers" is a perfect word to use against him.
