New Photos of Manta

I know my DD and DS will be :worship: about this. Mum and dad on the other hand will be drawing straws :scared1:

We all love any coasters, we have never been bothered lining up for front row but did Sheikra at Busch last year and by chance got on front row, absolutely amazing.
Had AP's for SW/Busch for a few years now, this year with poor exchange we have more or less decided to not renew so doubt we will get to ride Manta until next year. Looks great though.

That does look pretty impressive. DD (10) has already made me promise to take her on the new one at Universal, so no doubt this will be on her list to (she is also pestering me to take her on the new Saw ride at Thorpe Park - but this is a little too far away for us)
Thanks for the link.

i think this looks similar to air at alton towers and I love that ride

We were at Sea World last week and they were doing test runs. Looks great. Was amazed to hear someone screaming as it went overhead. There was a young woman riding it. Must be their test pilot!

Eve was fascinated by the new one being built at Universal :)

She was a little disappointed it wasn't opened whilst we were there but, hopefully, she'll be tall enough to ride it by the time we can afford to go back..........:rotfl:

We will definitely renew our Uni AP's, only $110/year to keep renewing but over $200 to start again so hope they have new ride open for August.

I can remember Matt wanting to ride Kraken years ago and was not tall enough, he was not happy, he wanted to ride it with both his Grans with him.

Cheers Wayne.
When we were there at the beginning of April, they were doing test runs+we watched fr a while. It does look very good, but not for me.Hubby can't wait to ride it when we hopefully go back in 2011.x.

Thanks, looks great.
Just a bit sad that DH and I have to ride separately cause of the twinnies. Unless I can persude DD(8) to go on with me!!!! :):)

It looks fabulous and the whole experience will be ace - it'll be interesting to see how it can handle tons of people. It might be worth investing in SW's quick queue to ride again and again!

In respect of HRRR at Uni - it does appear work on the lift hill has started again so they're hoping for a late June/early July opening now for it. I really hope so as I want to ride it on our Honeymoon - the hill and some of the elements on this bad boy look incredible!

Thanks for posting Wayne. It looks good someone will have to let me know if its like Air I love Air! :goodvibes

Thanks for posting Wayneg. I am hoping both coasters are up and running from 20th July onwards as I cannot wait to go on them.

I would recommend you line up for the front row of Duelling Dragons, it is a whole different experience than any of the other rows. We don't often get on the front as it depends on the lines but it is worth going on. Out of all the front rows this one is the best. We don't bother with front rows as a rule either.
