New passporter question??!!

Hello - I placed my order the other day and am trying to track it and can't find the track button.....
I e mailed Jennifer and Dave and got an auto reply that they will answer after 5/10.....

my problem is......we leave on 5/9 and I wanted this before we go on our cruise. Does this mean it won't be shipping until after 5/10? If I had known this I would not have ordered it right now.....


please help!

Jennifer and Dave are going to be offline between April 29 and May 9. But if you preorder the new passporter I'm sure you will get it soon. Go to passporter.com and read the last newsletter even if they are offline they are going to keep sending orders. I received mine last friday thru USPS.

The track button comes in the email they send you once the Passporter has shipped. I just got that email yesterday saying it shipped on 4/22 and would arrive in 3-5 business days but no Passporter yet....

oh dear....I guess I should have overnighted it....I am afraid it won't be here in time!

I think someone just made a mistake on the date when sending out that e-mail. Mine also said that it was shipped on April 22nd, but according to the tracking information sent, it actually wasn't shipped until April 27th. I'm expecting mine tomorrow.

Where can I order the new passporter? It will not be in stores until mid-May.

Go to passporter.com and order the new Cruise Guide. Bookstores wont have it until the second week of May
