New passes, renewal APs and FP+ - gah!

I have a large group going November 19-24. We've booked two 2-bedrooms at AKV for our party, and our FP+ window will open up in mid September.

* DH and I have DVC APs expiring at the end of October that we'll be renewing.
* MIL and 1 nephew have Florida resident APs that expire mid October that we'll also be renewing.
* 1 nephew has just moved to Florida and we'll likely be buying him a new Florida AP.
* My father's party (him, step mom, nephew and three nieces) have no passes (aside from perhaps a few non-expiring days from a previous trip) and need to purchase new for everyone.

If I'm understanding things right, we need to do all the renewals before our window opens in September to be able to book FP+ at 60 days out. Which would also mean we need to purchase my second nephew's pass before the window opens to do the same, and can use the voucher number in MDE to verify. (Do they send a physical voucher or can I buy the ticket and use it for FP+ that day or the next?)

How do we handle the passes for my father's group? I'm assuming they also need to purchase their passes before our window opens for FP+ eligibility? Which brings up the same voucher question - physical voucher or will there be something electronic we can enter in to MDE?

Just when I think I understand how it all works, things change or someone else tosses a wrench into the plan. GAH!!! Halp!!

4. You can ORDER it to be sent, but instead, order it as "Will Call" (pick up at WDW.)
5. You will be able to use the ticket order number virtually immediately in your MyDisneyExperience account to make FP+ reservations whether you order it to be sent to you or not.
