new park tickets/please read

I just bought a 7 day (magic your way ticket) with park hopper option at our Disney store today Mon. The CM said I could only put the (no expiration option) on down at Disney. No problem but then she (CM) said it has to be done before you use the ticket. I told her it could be done anytime within 14 days. She (CM) did call Disney and they told her it has to be added (no-exp) before you use it the first time.

Anyone use these tickets yet and try to add (NO_EXP )option later.

Interesting, we sell the tickets at our Disney Store and all of the paperwork we have received says that you can add the no expiration option on within 14 days of first use. Just an FYI.... You would be paying the no expiration price for the amount of days of your original ticket, not how many days you have left.
