New Park Schedule - updated 4/05

ok i give in :lmao:

bang goes my idea of dinner at cafe mickey...... in fact, there goes all my ideas!!!

My thoughts exactly!!! Not sure what time to eat now! lol!

this cud get very interesting!!! BUT still lookin promising at 2 shows when an 11pm closing..... ;) i have everything crossed - i will need that extra hr :rotfl:

school will love me, keepin the kids up all holiday then stickin them in school the very next day!! u can guess what ill b doing that day..... and it wont b :laundy: :lmao:

DLP drive me mad with being so disorganised til the last minute! Last year the new parade and park schedule for the week we were going was still not updated on the Monday we left! Luckily for me the Disney rep onboard the Eurostar knew what time the Parade was in the Park!

I agree it was far easier when the parks closed at 7:goodvibes. I was going to update my PTR with our plans but now everything is up in the air again.:rotfl2:

Nicky - that is my worry about half term. My DD1 is always really ready for her school holidays and it's a long half term with the week being put back because of the Jubilee. Obviously it is fantastic that we are going back to DLRP and she will be ecstatic when she finds out, but I worry about her then going back to school and being tired (main reason we decided to return on the Friday night rather than the Saturday night).

I LOVE Disneyland Paris but do always feel like I need a holiday when I come back to recover :lmao:.

Same here, we will be back home by about 10pm on the Sunday and then up for school the following day. I would have asked for Olivia to have the day off, but you know how they don't like you taking them out of school... so just have to she's not too grumpy that day! :rotfl:

I understand the longer hours etc are a good thing, but the parade not being till 7 is a real nightmare for us. With 2 young kids (6 and 4) who both love to see the parade everyday, plus EMH just doesn't add up.

Schedule for next week is now out:

Parade is still 7pm
Princess pavillion is opening 10.30 weekends and 13.00 weekdays so it looks like this may be a permanent change :(
Only one showing of dreams every night at park closing (10.30pm)

If there's only 1 showing of Dreams at Park closing (11.00pm) in June there is no way either of my kids can see it, that's just too late for them and would just cause too many problems for the rest of the trip.

I guess we will just have to wait and see but the longest day will be at some point in June so I'm not sure if it will be dark enough to have a showing at 10?

We're going at the end of July, there was mentioned here about the possibility of two showings of Dreams on some days?

We're never going to be able to do four days of 7am till 11pm, so I think a combination of late and early days will be required.

At least we're going in the school summer holidays so they can have a few days of zonking out doing nothing to recover when we get back.

There have been two showings of dreams on some weekends and busy days but I think that fantilusion is going to be on over the summer season so I'm not sure how they would fit that in with two showings of dreams?

hi we are staying 3rd-9th june and had already made our restaurant reservations but i rang reservations and asked if the parade would be 7pm during our trip and the lady said yes so we were able to change some of our dining times :)

I'm wondering about that one too! I'm trying to get my planning done for August but I'm afraid I'm going to have to switch it all around in the beginning of July when the first week of summer season planning will be on. I'm assuming all summer will be sort off the same. So now I'm doubting on making my restaurant reservations beginning of June or waiting for the first week of July for that program. Yet I'm worried that if I wait the hours we wanted to eat might not be available anymore. :worried:

I'm also curious as to they will be opening 'till 23 PM on the summer nights or if they'll grant us an hour longer 'till midnight. We want to see Dreams the first and second night so basically all nights except on departure day, the parade once and Fantilusion we'd like to see all nights except departure one too. Think i'm going to fiddle with my restaurants a bit and make lunches smaller then what I've got planned now, to save some time (and money, all tough that budget will just switch from food to souvenir shopping budget then :rotfl2: ) on eating.

Would be a lot more helpful if they updated programs for summer around well, NOW! :rotfl:

Sounds like a great range of restaurants you have there. I am planning to phone and book mine this week, just trying to finalise times. I think if we wait until after the parade the girls probably won't eat well so I am going to book late lunches on some days. :goodvibes

It shouldn't be too much longer until they release the opening hours for the first couple of weeks of the summer season. The last half of June must be due any time now so the first half of July should be a couple of weeks later. I wish they would publish schedules in advance too although most of the time they are very similar from week to week.

Once again there is only one showing of dreams everyday this week so it looks pretty definate to me that we will get just one show in June at 11pm.

Princess pavillion is also still opening at lunchtime during the week (10.30 weekends) so it is looking increasingly likely that the change is here to stay. :(
