Had 2 brunches at Palo during my Disney Wonder Panama Canal cruise. As most people already know, the actual dishes are not shown anymore near the kitchen......jonathan

I zoomed in on the top and bottom of the menu, to see it better...

This was my plate from the buffet on our first visit. Near the center of the plate, is a ham & cheese roll (name ??). I had never seen that particular item on the brunch buffet. It was new to us. It was okay.

On the Disney Fantasy (a year or so ago), we had the lasagna, and it was very good. We were on the Disney Magic last November, and they didn't have the lasagna. Me and my wife thought the lasagna was a good addition on the new menu.

Definitely not a new item, but me and my wife love the eggs benedict. As you can see, I love it so much, I had already started eating it, before I realized I needed to take a picture.....

The new grilled sirloin steak was good. The herb butter on top really added to the taste. Potatoes and beans were good. I love mushrooms with a steak, so I asked if I could have some, and they brought me out a bowl with a bunch of mushrooms. They were excellent with the steak. You can see the bowl in the upper, left corner. I would order this steak again. Definitely not a Palo filet, like you get at night, but I liked it.

Again, a new item to us, were the Coconut Custard bars. And for that matter, I don't remember the Cinnamon and Apricot scrolls. Unfortunately, I didn't try any of these items. (to much to choose from!)

Really like the Red Onion and Herb Focaccia bread. Got a piece at both brunches.

Anyone have any ideas what can be made gluten-free from the menu? I'm curious about the chicken since it says "Parmesan crusted" and not "breaded"...and it's not on pasta... Hmm...

Or dare I hope they'd be able to do the pancakes or waffles GF?

The steak looks good, but I just can't put "steak" and "brunch" in the same category...they don't go together in my mind. (Which I know...completely contradicts the chicken parmesan, but it is what it is.)

I love it that they have improved their cheeses! I always thought their cheese selection was far too generic for a real high end brunch.

And thank you for the picture of the steak! It looks very good. How large was it?

These were new to us. They were very crispy on the outside, with the saffron rice on the inside. I got a little of the garlic mayo (upper, left corner of the picture) to dip them in, and I liked them.

Definitely not a new item, but I love the Tiramisu....

I know we've had this before, but me and my wife like the Boursin cheese (in the bowl, on the right), with some crackers. Very smooth....

I like the Veal Saltimbocca, but on the Wonder, they had a sauce, with some type of vegetable under the meat, and I didn't care for that. Meat was still very tender, and tasted great, just not a fan of the sauce. I liked it better when it came with a few sauteed mushrooms.

This was the one thing, that I thought was a disappointment, or rather, not what I was expecting. It's the Strawberry waffles. I was surprised to see Mickey waffles, with a side of strawberries. Don't get me wrong, the waffles had just been made, but on their own, they had very little taste. Definitely no "malt" flavor. The homemade cream was the best part of this dish.

The last picture I took, was the Pennette pasta. Actually, we didn't order this dish. It was sitting at the kitchen counter, waiting to be delivered to a table. I'm pretty sure it's been on the menu for a while, but I don't care for salmon, so I've never ordered it.

Did they still have the cinnamon rolls in the buffet. I had them for the first time last year and they were totally amazing.

Sticky buns still at brunch on the Fantasy last week. I have still not tried one! My DD loves them.:lovestruc

I'm not sure about specific gluten-free options, but I'm sure they will take care of you. I couldn't have any dairy when we went for brunch in May, and was still very happy with my meal. The chef came out and went over the buffet in detail with me, and then altered the entrees I ordered to accommodate me. You may want to give them advance notice and let them know if there is something specific you will want.
