NEw Pal MIckey VS Old Pal Mickey

Is the new pal mickey the one in the tux? Everything I see online at the personal shopper seems to be the old pal mickey, without the tux, is this correct? Thanks!!

Yes the new one has a tux on.

He's also got more trivia, is a little more expensive, is just a little bit larger and uses a lanyard instead of a belt holder

No, you're right. Didn't see any signs in any of the parks or at our resort that advertised being able to rent anymore.
