Isn't "reserved seating for the Frightfully Fun Parade" the same as "a viewing area for the Hallowe'en parade in DCA"?

I think they would have mentioned Hallowe'en Screams if that was a featured part of the tour, but I'd be happy to be wrong.

I don't see how this would be worth it, I'm sure it would cost a fortune and the event just isn't that long to begin with. I guess if you really wanted to take photos with every single character in the park that might be the only real justifiable reason. But even then, buying OOB tickets for multiple days is still probably much cheaper.

The Disneyland site just says to call for more information, but I found some Disney fan site articles from last year that said the OBB VIP tour, for up to eight people, was $7,500 to $8,500, depending on the date, and lasted for eight hours. So about $1K per person.
