New online system isn't correct

I just did an experiment to see how the new online system is for checking availability while having MS on the phone at the same time, the online system reported no availability at WLV for the 5 days, MS had 3 of the 5 days, so I guess we'll still have to call to check, I was hoping the new online system would have alleviated that.
 
Did you report it to the CM or Member Satisfaction?

If the system has issues, they need to know.

that *may* have to do with the fact that it isn't been openned up to all members at the sametime...don't know thou.
 

I just called them back and also went online and this time it showed the same that MS had, MS explained that the reservations are constantly changing and at the time I hit my enter key it showed one thing at that moment and things changed in the 1 minute on the system while I was on hold, so I guess the best thing to do is to do a couple of searches to verify it is correct, but I do love this because it also shows what is available and gives you some other options.

I could see that. When I called about 2 weeks ago and made a three part reservation, the second part had a confirmation number that ended over 100 numbers higher than than the first. The third was only 10 numbers higher.
