Noticed today that there is a new online add-on tool available:
https://disneyvacationclub.disney.go.com/add-vacation-points/
It shows there are new offers for Riviera, Aulani and Copper Creek, though the link to the offer page leads to the stitch “someone ate it” page. I’ll try to play with it to see what the offers are when I have some free time.

It also indicates there are ads-on offers for Animal Kingdom Lodge, Bay Lake Tower, Old Key West, Polynesian and Saratoga Springs, but you have to speak to a sales rep. Anyone have a sales rep back in the office they can ask what those offers are??

Okay, it seems that for Aulani, Riviera and Copper Creek, the offer is:
$5 off per point for 100-124 points
$15 off per point for 125-149 points
$25 off per point for 150-199 points
$35 off per point for 200-229 points
$35.14 off per point for 230-250 points

if anyone is able to speak to a sales guide today, please ask what the direct sales offer is for AKL, BLT, OKW, PBV, and SSR!

My phone number is pre-filled to request a phone call from my guide...I need to be careful not to hit the button as I haven't heard from Fidelity about the accidental bid I made over the weekend... If I buy another contract it may not go over well here at home! I'll wait for somone else to get the details!

I sent an email to my guide but I’m still getting the sales office closed auto responder from him. I was debating doing a CCV direct add-on (to be able to someday give my kids and give them direct benefits), but I’ve also debated adding on to AKL direct instead so we will still have direct benefits after 2042 and to give us enough points to do either a 1 BR Concierge or 2 BR Savannah most weeks of the year. I wasn’t expecting a direct offer for sold out resorts, so this may change my plans.

AKL October 100 points is still haunting me too! $125 resale vs $185 plus - WHAT DEAL?? 0%, Free TIX, Buy 100 get 100?? Just tell me already!

EDIT: OWTH I sent in a request for additional AKL info. Promise I'll update when I hear from them!

for NEW buyers, OKW was given to me as $5/pt for 150-199 and $8/pt for 200-249. I didn't ask about more.

I don't have high hopes it is an incredible offer, however with a large backlog of ROFR purchases, low interest rates and need to raise cash...we just don't know. I'm wondering if there is a very short term (like 30 days) wowza deal and then it's pretty much back to $5 off which doesn't do it for me.

If they want to put some cash in the bank, they need to do what the car manufacturers are doing 63, 72, 84 months at 0%. I swear every other driveway in my neighborhood has a new car, some two new cars and it's not because they were inspired by covid19 to buy one - it is the 0%.

One can still wish (upon a star), right? :wizard:

If they offered 0% financing, I'd be all over that!

I'm in the market for a small add-on for BLT so I would like to know what the offer is. Doubt it would apply to a small (less than 100pt) contract though.

Here is what I was able to learn so far for AKL & PBV add-on offers when my Sales rep got back to me. I don't know what BLT, SSR, or OKW is:

AKL: $5 off 150-199 points, $8 off 200 points
PBV: $8 off 150-199 points, $11 off 200 points

He also let me know that there is very little AKL inventory for a SEP UY, so I'd be put on a waitlist and they'd need to wait to see if inventory became available.

Oh! Also, I was told for those with the Disney Visa card, they could spread out payments over 60 days.

For me, I'd be considering taking advantage of the 6-8 months 0% financing, and then looking to transfer it to a credit card with an 18-month 0% financing before paying it off. Should I decide to move forward.

I'm considering 200 points in 2 100-point contracts, so that I can eventually leave 1 100-point direct to each of my sons so they can get direct benefits (and also so if we needed to sell, we could more quickly sell and get better resale pricing). If we did CCV, that is $185/point with the discount, and AKL is $178/point. I'd save $1400 with AKL, but I'd get 11 more years with CCV, so right now I'm thinking CCV. I want 100 more points eventually with AKL, but if I have direct CCV, then I can just eventually do resale for AKL.

Now I need to let myself sit with these thoughts, because I'm still considering whether it's wise to add on at this point. It's just $35 off per point for CCV is a great offer. Yes, it doesn't compare to the $134 for 100 CCV points I have in ROFR right now, but those Gold AP discounts for our family now - and grandkids in the future - and being able to leave a contract to our kids with Blue Card benefits in the future is definitely something we are considering as worth the extra direct expense.
