New NPC Messages?

I should pay closer attention, but this is the message I got tonight from Esmeralda. What I'd like to know is if it's truly new for today? I noticed different messages from Yeti, Blackheart and Gator Waiter as well, but Esmeralda mentions magic! It would be awesome if we get a new magic spell tomorrow!

i just checked esmeralda and her message was still the same. but the yeti was "dreaming of a churro", and blackheart "lost his parrot...it's green and covered in feathers".

Ok Ink and I went and clicked on her and got same message. Looks like something is going to happen tomorrow. Now we have to try and sleep with all this wondering and ink says will be loooonnnggg day at school.

Actually, it sounds kinda like they might be testing for a new version of the game/quest they did a couple of years ago for Thanksgiving.
Remember that? The NPC's were given something different to say as clues to the puzzle.

I'm guessing this message is not meant to be related to anything specific in the game; they have simply updated all of the npc messages.

Remember, Esmeralda is a fortune teller. I think VMK intended "Tomorrow will be a very magical day" to be the new generic "prediction" she's giving to players of a game that is always magical.
