Sounds good! The "Disney Dreams" show from DLP shows how much the Imagineers have really pushed the projection technology.

Was reading about the September farewell to The Magic, The Memories And You on the Rumours board the other day.

Whilst I am sad to see it go (it means so much to us as we watched it constantly last summer during the ICP! And as soon as Stitch says "Ohana means family", well, this is me.... ), I am also excited to see the new show!

Will only be bigger and better as far as I can see, and completely agree about Dreams! I saw it at DLRP around a week and a half ago and it truly is breathtaking. I was left speechless, and again

I just read this on FB, and am a little gutted because I never saw 'Magic, Memories and You' and it looks like the new 'Celebrate the Magic' show won't debut until November...

And we go to WDW in October!

We're in the same! Never got to see it and we arrive 20th September til 4th October :-(

Before MM&Y they didn't have anything after Wishes. I was cynical about it and thought it looked tacky when I first saw the threads and announcements on the internet but having seen it last year a few times, it really was well done. It's annoying that there will be a gap between the end of MM&Y and the start of the new show, but it's not really taking anything away because there wasn't anything there before, if you know what I mean.

Is it just me, or is Disney springing a lot of 11th hour cutback announcements lately? Very little warning and not even leaking to our reliable sources to give us advanced warning!

Wishes is on very little in October anyway due to MNSSHP.

Anyone know what date the new one starts - our last night is Nov 5th.

I can't find a specific date on the couple of pages that I've looked at: Disney Parks Blog, Inside the Magic etc...

Orlando Attractions Magazine, just says 'mid-November'

You know what your last sentence isexactly what i was just thinking before you posted it.......Yes they are springing a lot of 11th hour cut backs! I suppose im feeling extra gutted about a few things as I know the chances of us going back next yr are very slim unless its just Dh & me on a last minute trip!

We did Disney land California with out the boys and although it was AMAZING to spend time with dh i was also thinking alot of the time "boys would have liked this ..boys would have loved that" so Dh said i was a nightmare!!

We cant plan for next yr as
1.we are being posted as our time at this camp is up in feb,which means we dont know where we will be going from if we decided to go next yr and also we are due our over seas posting to the states so if we want that we have to wait around fro them to just spring it on us so to say! So we cant book anything!!!

That being said if we get that over seas posting ill be doing Disney alot more for shorter trips

2.Its my mums bday and she wants to go to China with me "Dh is NOT allowed to go to China" so dh has agreed for me to take the 9day trip and he will look after the 3 boys! but it will eat into our funds so i would have to decide what i wanted to do and China has been a bucket list for my mum for yrs she will be 80!!!! and so really her last chance to do it.

Im just hoping they done announce any other changes (unless they are good ones) as we are just missing out by a few wks on a lot.

Like you we will still use the EMH as much as we can"1 ride closure wont change that" as now the boys are older ive planned on quite a few days being early morning to park then back for rest then back to the park that has the Evening EMH

I'm so upset that magic memories and you is finishing. I didn't get to see it and we will miss it by 1 day! We arrive 3rd but won't get to wdw in time to see it

I think it's probably worse when you JUST miss it as opposed to being say, a week or a month too late for it

I am not going to complain about this as we have been fortunate enough to have watched it several times and also managed to video it from right in front of the castle one night. But it is a shame they are leaving a big gap between this show ending and the new one starting
