I'm a EA member, signed in on the homepage, entered the $40 code and the best deal I can get for an intermediate for 9 days is $207.00! I currently have $189 for 9 days with Dollar, but would love to have a lower rate.

Hang in there! I was in the same boat. It took a long time before the rates dropped. Everyone told me that 5 weeks befre the trip, the rates will drop. Well, 5 weeks came and went, no rate drop. The magic number for me was exactly 4 weeks before my trip I got a rate of $160 for 8 days with this coupon. Then a couple dates later they dropped to $152, that is where I am now with 19 days before my trip. Keep your fingers crossed and don't lose hope.

There really is no coupon. It's just the code that says for Emerald Club members. So you do need to log into National under your EC login to even be able to use the coupon. Lots of us are just printing our emails that we received that include our names and email addresses just to show we got it. If someone sends your their email, it will have someone else's name on it. The code is ND1833JJF.
