***NEW MyMagic & FastPass+ Official Information & FAQ Thread***

That was a rumor that didn't come to pass.

There does appear to be a 14 day max limit on FP+. Not sure if it applies to non-AP holders, as usually they are limited to the length of the ticket, which in most cases is 10 days, except for some international ticket types - I only know of the 21 day UK ticket that would exceed the 14 days, and not sure if anyone has tried that yet.

Some AP holders seem to have a 7 day limit for some reason.

We have a 7 day limit however we didn't have a resort reservation at the time. Once we used one day, we could make another days worth of FP+

Hey all! DH and I are AP Holders have reservations for Dec 23-Jan 6 and I have made FP+ reservations for 13 of the 15 days and now it says we have reached our FP+ limit. Has anyone experienced this? I called IT and they said you can only make so many reservations until you just can't (that's really what she said). I thought it was for the entire stay...am I wrong? Or did I just get a not-so-knowledgable CM? Thanks!

We just ran into this. We had a 7 night stay over thanksgiving and booked our FP+ no problem. We then have a split stay 12/21-1/4. We could make FP+ through 12/27 & then had to wait until we used a day of our FP+ to make the next day. IT told us FP+ is limited to 14 days right now during testing. Not sure if this is for AP's or for all resort guests as we are AP's and resort guests for the entire time.

We were also told to be sure before linking anyone because they can not be removed. Anyone know if that's true? I'm sure the "Avengers" could do it but that would be a hassle.

Just thought I would let everyone know that I am 195 days out and was able to customize my magic bands! I know it is silly but I was really excited about it!!!

We have our MBs ready for our vacation in 4 days... I have read as much as I can possibly stand, but still have questions about all of this.
It is my understanding, that you are limited to the # of FPs you can have with the FP+? But not limited to the amount of FPs you can have with FP-? Is this right?
My uncle went in October and said the FP+ & MBs were GREAT! But on here I am getting mixed responses.
While park hopping, can I still get mulitiple FP+??? :confused3 *feeling confused & lost about the whole matter*

OK...this question combines two topics...so I'm hoping this is the right place to ask:

We have four 5 day base tickets attached to our MBs (which will ship some time in the next week). They were purchased via UCT, linked up fine.

We plan to "bridge" these tickets to 6 day tickets, meaning we'll use them to enter a park on our first day, and then go to Guest Relations or a Ticket Booth to upgrade them to 6 day tickets.

Has anyone done this with their MB's? Should we bring the physical (they're the Green RFID enabled media) tickets with us? Has it worked the same way it has in the past?

Thanks for any info!!

You only get 3 FP+ per day in 1 park only.

If you can get any FP- then you are only limited by return times and availability. Which in any park other than MK will be extremely limited.

Same here and we're 224 days out! I know some mentioned it showing up early and only having gray as an option, but we have all the color choices. I know, too, that it's silly since we have until June 16 to customize, but it was fun to see something new pop up!

I just customized for sept. 277 days out.

I apologize if this question has been answered, but are the fp+ not available on your last day in the parks. We plan to go into the parks earlier in the day before our flight, however, since we will have checked out that morning does that mean we are excluded from fast passes that day?

I got my 3 for my last day.

The actual FP+ reservations have nothing to do with your resort stay. They are tied in with your ticket. It's just that you need to be staying at a WDW resort to be eligible for FP+ and Magic Bands at this time :)

Wow, I'm heading to Disney tomorrow. I have my MBs and have been very excited to use them. This thread is a HUGE surprise, and now I'm so confused. So if you don't mind, I have a couple questions...

I didn't make any pre-FP reservations on my MB. Should I do that NOW? or wait until I get to the parks?

I'm reading that we will no longer get the Key Cards? It's ALL MBs?

Can I walk up and get fast pass with my MB, the same way we did with the keys?

I'm stressing out over what I'm reading. Luckily the crowds seem low for the next 5 days.

What is meant by "tier" for FP? I'm reading that you can only FP 3 rides per day with the MB in advance? Can you still add FP in the park, ontop of these 3? Or 3 FP maxium regardless of how you FP (online or in park)? Is this what is meant by tier??

Thanks so much in advance. I really hope this doesn't take away from my "Magical" day ....
If you are in ANY of the AllStar resorts or Pop century, You won't get KTTW cards. You CAN ask for one, but they won't work with FP- stands. Those resorts only get magicbands. I am unsure of how to enter the rooms though. I don't know if they changed how to open the rooms.

Not sure what you mean. Rooms have been using RFID access for a while now - KTTW cards have also been RFID-compatible for a while. So the MagicBands open the doors...when they work. :)

I know!!! I may lose my mind between now and June! I wish I was there now!! Haha

I just received and email from my TA and it tells me that we will be able to use the Magic Bands. I am too tired tonight to read this whole thread but, I don't want to miss any info so I am subscribing...thank you to all that have had input in this.
