I was informed that MS will be getting a new message system in the very near future... What makes it new is the intro message.
All callers will hear a pre-recorded annoucement before the CM picks up the line. When you're on hold and a line opens up, we will now hear a pre-recorded message greeting us and introducing the CM that will be working with by first name. Then the line will open up, the CM mentioned by first name will be on the other side.
I do know that not all MS CM are happy about the new system. Rumor is... one reason this is taking place is because some CM are not introducing themselves when taking calls from guest. It seems we (DVC members) like to remind CM how long we've be waiting and they can't tell us that they have been on the line for 20 min. telling a member that nothing is available at BWV during Thanksgiving. Just thought ya'll might want to know....
