New Mickey Jump Drive - Canadians?

Did you hear about the new Mickey Jump Drive that is being shipped to onsite guests prior to their trips? Shall we assume this won't be shipped to Canadians (like the Magic Bands aren't)? When plugged into your computer, it takes you to various video links to help you get prepare for your trip. Anyone know for certain?
