New Menus for April ????

Hi all

i've read somewhere that the new season on April 1st will herald the launch of new menus in the park.....

I was wondering if anyone has any experience as to whether the DLRP magic page will be updated before then..... Or whether the info will be available anywhere else?

Obviously the prices will be going up.....LOL.... but anyone heard anything else??

I'm going on the 1st april and am still deliberating what to book for our first few days.

Any rumours appreciated.......

In the park they often change during the first or second week of the new season.

Several I've took didn't change until May and December last year rather than April and November.

I'll get them asap after the changes and if I see them elsewhere before hand I'll link them.

I don't know who and how they update on DLRPMagic but it doesn't seem to be very often

I'll try and remember to get a few 'menu shots' as well while I'm there.... trouble is when i'm hungry I go a bit 'mad' and forget stuff! LOL!

That would be great if you could take photos as the more the merrier and I've not got round to visiting the hotels.

What would be really good would be food reviews as they seem to be really lacking on the restaurant threads

In all fairness - they only recently sorted out the menu updating system, after absorbing the abandoned DLRP Food Guide.

I'm sure they will be as keen to keep everything up to date as possible, it all depends on the day menus change I suppose, and if informants share their info

I'm only going by what people say and what I see on site direct at DLP.

Never use the dlrp site myself but if I look at the menus this morning I can see how out of date some of them are.

The menus at DLP nearly all changed in December last year - if you look at them you see the date written down the right hand side near the bottom and they say 12/11

If I take the Café Mickey page from there http://www.dlrpmagic.com/planning/dining/restaurant-menus/cafe-mickey/ it says "Menu page last updated: 3rd December 2010."

These are 2 restaurants where the menus and the prices have changed twice last year

But like you say I'm sure that they are very busy resorting things and will have them done soon and I'll carry on updating for here

I can tell you now that two of the restaurants like Wakts and silver steakhouse are doing something special. They will be having special 20th anniversary menus which if purchased you can enjoy a special viewing location for the Disney Dreams show.

Will do! They've only just released the programme to the CMs so we know what to expect if I find out anything more I'll stick it up, chances are though only the chefs know tint now and first you'll know is when the menus go up probably 12th April onwards.

Dining reservations have suggested that I ring back on 28th March for Dreams VIP meal information... watch this space. (Did over-hear background CM conversation affirming this.)

True that. They actually have a nutritionalist who helps design the menus, there are some amazing details that go into this place. Although the fast food outlets leave a lot to be desired

If you look at the top of the page their are some sticky threads- they will alwys be there at the top.
There is one for the restaurants and the reviews are in there

Just gonna bump this thread as it's pretty much what I'm wondering, going in just over 2 weeks and want to know about menu changes if possible (I assume the menus did change for the year, even if it is just for the VIP meals and adding the 20th cake desert and wines)

Do realize not everyone thinks to photograph menus while on holiday, but if anyone going this week or next could try, would much appreciate it :
