New Menu?

Does anyone know if there will be a new menu along with the new characters at 1900 Park Fare? Also, it's just the dinner characters that are changing, not breakfast, correct? Thanks.

I just made my ADR for dinner about 5 min ago and they made it a point to say the characters have just recently changed and gave the new ones. I wish I would of read this while I was on with them and I would of asked about breakfast. Sorry!
