New Members Kit

Hello, I was just wondering what comes in the new members kit, and if it is just mail or some kind of package because they said they mailed it Dec 6 however i havent recieved it yet. If it is an actually package this could be the delay. However if it is just mail im going to call them back and find out where it is. Ive gotten my dues, my card to go online(even though you need the kit with some codes ). Just wondering. Thank you

I would call them back. Even if they sent it by boat on 12/6 you should have gotten it by now.

No doubt about it, you should have seen it by now. Yes, it is a package, not just something in the mail.

call them- it usually takes less than a week (avg 3 days)

Do you get the same thing when buying resale?

We closed the first of December and have yet to get anything.

I'm not sweating it too much, I know they're very busy now.

I would like my membership cards soon though.

We closed November 18th & had not received anything but a bill for the dues & a Christmas card. I called in early December asking for our cards & she told me she'd send them out but nothing. I emailed on December 29th & today I got a call saying it shows having been sent out a while ago & they will resend. Funny, today we received our two membership cards about an hour after talking to someone in administraion. They were postmarked Jan 9th. This stuff just takes too long.

PS, we still have not received our new member packet or package. :-(

We also have not received anything in the mail except for a card for my husband to sign up online. He doesn't touch the computer. I had already received an email from my guide and am in the system..had to call for my membership number, but that was no problem. Maybe the big delay for all of us is that the planners are having some sort of problem. I'm sure they'd want to put the planner in the packet, but no one in the US has the new one yet.

We bought a resale and closed 11/27. We still have not received our membership cards or any sort of packet yet either, though we did receive a dues statement.Hopefully we will get something soon.

I talked to MS today and for all of you that have not recieved it like myself, no worry. Apparently, they send out the info to someone else who collects the info and then they send it out from somewhere else in the country depending where you live. She said it takes 4-6 weeks and with the holidays in Dec thats why we havent got it yet. The cards and dues come from Disney themselves and thats why we have them already.
