I just got word today that we passed ROFR on 100 pts at OKW...now we just have to sign all the closing paperwork and we will be "official"! WooHoo!!

Totally agree. Since 1995 we have always stayed at OKW except 2004 we had to stay at SSR due to OKW being full. Don't get me wrong the other DVC resorts have their merits, OKW is so much more relaxing and the extra space is a must in our eyes with the kids and sometimes a friend or two.

How long did ROFR take? We're in the process of buying at SSR and today is the 2-week mark. I'm getting impatient.
