Was at WDW last week and decided to take the tour. We got hooked and bought in. Everything is still sorta greek and clear as mud. What is resale points and how do I find them?

If you look at the title bar at the top of this page, you will find one reseller. The Timeshare Store has many satisfied customers that post here.

Welcome Home!!!

Did you take Wilderness Lodge as your home resort?

Resales are the only way to buy at OKW and BWV. The resale market has been very tight recently. You used to be able to save a bunch of money. It really is a seller's market now. There will be savings, but not like there used to be.

Welcome Home! Did you learn the secret handshake yet?

You can purchase OKW, Boardwalk, HH and Vero Beach through resale. The benefits are the same as if you purchased through disney. Financing is not as attractive as buying through disney however if you are patient you can get a better deal sometimes.

Here is the name of the resale broker we used.
Jaki Apetz at A TIMESHARE BROKER 888-345-2622

She is great to deal with and very low key. Lot's of people on this site has used them as well as The Timeshare Store

Good luck
