hi, i have just joined and we are going to orlando for new year.we get there 28/12/2010 . we are thinking of going to universal for new years eve and wondered if anyone has been. i would to hear what it was like .

I was there this past year for New Year's Eve. It was busy, but it wasn't wall-to-wall people like Disney. We didn't stay for the fireworks and instead watched and counted down to midnight in Citywalk.

My friends and I had fun, looking like we may go back this year.

If everyone in your party are over 21 and you want to splash a bit of cash, I really recommend the CityWalk New Years Eve party. It is a brilliant night with LOADS of free food from filet mignon to crabs legs and prawns. There is also a concert. Everyone is giving out beads and party hats etc. I am going back for my 4th time this year.
