Congrats Uncle Remus! Welcome Home! Can you give me an idea on your process? It has taken us 8-11 weeks to get to closing, and we just closed yesterday.

Thank goodness you closed yesterday, congratulations, coz my process took much shorter. I made an offer on I believe 18 Oct which was accepted in minutes and I mean 3-5 minutes because TSS called the seller right away and called me back. I faxed the papers on 20 Oct, passed ROFR on the 29th and closed on the 19th this month. It looks like I lucked out on timing.

Now if I can just get lucky 'n get in the system before too long.

I'm gonna call again this afternoon, I don't want to call more than once a day.

And thank you everybody, you're part of my excitement. :

I have to wait until next week to see the BLT models. That will determine whether I'm doing direct or resale.

Sometimes instant gratification isn't fast enough for me so I may do direct in any case.

Thank's, we have called every day, and still not in the system as of today 11/25. We were told those people had off this week, and it might be first of Dec before they are back in. This is not working well for us, since we leave Fri, and wanted to be able to go to the "Merry Mixer" and "Welcome Home Wednesdays". Let me know if you get in.
