The menus rely too much on mouse overs, making it difficult to use the top menus.
For such a large company, I have always thought their Web Development team leads a lot to be desired. The last redesign, on any platform/browser combination had some issues with the menus as well (the menu would drop down fine, but the orange mouse over action would be a different size, a big UI/UX issue.
The sites look great in a snapshot, but the little things that make the experience lack.
And it isn't like they don't have the draw to get the best, I just think they get so many résumés that they end up with friend of people working there already, which sometimes causes you to miss good talent.
