new member information??

We closed just before thanksgiving and today we receive just a short letter with our member number. My question is - do you usually receive multiple mailings with new member information?

I have hear of people receiving their new member packets with points charts and car magnets. Should I expect to get that separately?

Yes, expect the points chart to come separately. If you dont call in to get your online activation information, you'll get a letter with that, too.

Your member number is all you need to call and get your account set up. They will give you the activation code and everything you need over the phone and walk you through. I never received an activation code in the mail, just the letter with member number and then a couple weeks letter a packet with cards and magnets and points book. Sounds like recently it has taken more than a month for people to get their cards.

I got my member number letter on November 6th, just got my packet in the mail with cards and magnet last friday

Each mailing comes from a separate source. Member number from one team, website activation from another. Point chart and magnet, and member cards from an outside vendor.
