New Member Help

Hey guys,
I recently bought points from a family friend, everything has gone threw. I am wondering when I will receive my member number. I have gotten one package from disney with points charts and stuff like that, but no member number. Any help will be appreiciated.

Do you mean the phone number to member services or the number that will be on your blue member i.d. card? If you mean the later, call MS and explain that you have received things from DVC but still don't have a member number. They may be able to help you reight away.

We recently became new members (and we also live in Louisiana). I called Member Services and they were able to give me my member number as well as the PIN number to access the DVC Member website. I received my Member ID card in the mail about two weeks after getting the planning booklets.
