I just noticed a new deal showing up on the Universal website today. It is a Mastercard deal --- Buy four - 2 Day/2 park tickets and get one free! The site shows the total for the deal as $419.80, but I'm sure that must be before adding tax and shipping.

I'm still waiting to see if they offer the BOGO Year APH deal, but that may not happen again this year.

Last year at this time the mastercard deal was buy 4 of the bonus passes get the 5th free. I'm betting that this is replacing the deal from last year and we won't see that one again. Any thoughts, experts???

I'm sorry but I don't know what BOGO stands for.

Sorry, I've gotten so used to abbreviations....BOGO is buy one, get one. I'm hoping that Universal will offer a similar deal this year as they did last year. I sat on the fence too long for that one, and by the time I had made up my mind to go ahead and get it, the offer was gone. Too bad for me!

If bought individually the kids ticket is cheaper than what they are charging for the 4. This isnt such a great deal. I guess maybe it is...just the deals we used to see were sooooo much better. Those days gone?? I was thinking buy 2 days get a third free and would be better. Is that one around anymore?

I think it would be more advantageous to Universal to continue the bonus pass mastercard deal since they would have people possibly spending $ in their parks for 5 days instead of 2.

That's what I'm wondering....are the deals getting a little on the slim side? My family and I just discovered our love of the US/IOA parks during our recent trip, and we have devoted so much of our energy towards Disney that we overlooked them before. What a mistake! Now I have to try to search out the best deals I can find so that we can go back and visit again.

I agree, the new deal is not as good as the last one.....but I missed that one too!

When I bought the Mastercard 5 bonus passes for 4 deal back in November. The advertised price was $379.80, but at the end of the online order process the price was $406.52 with taxes & delivery. At the time, I wondering if I was being silly for buying the tickets for a trip in March. Not anymore.

Dad of 3.

There is a new even better deal on the universal website. For each 5 day bonus pass you purchase at 119.50, you receive a child pass for free. I was shocked when I logged on and saw it.

As I wrote in another thread, I believe the kids deal ends tomorrow. At least that's what they told me when I called Universal today.
