NEW!- MagicBand+ Available for Resort Stay Pre-Arrival Orders

Did anyone Know why we the international Guest can´t book them on the Homepage anymore it is stated that it isn´t possible as well as only North Americans USA+Canada citizens can book them 10 or 6 days before their trips so how can it be that some can book them already and why we as international guest can´t at all.

Since when has Disney putting that option away was that happend around the times were they put a end for the free ones or when they decided that we don´t matter anymore when it goes for getting those.

It always was sended to the Resort you stay so why they can´t do that anymore it mostly costs extra anyways cuz many wanted the designed ones and with Magic Band+ wouldn´t be different especially when you can save $10,- and would be very mean if that is only for you Americans and we international Guests should pay the regular prices of $34,99 or even $44,99 really what nasty joke would that be????

So have we really to purchase ours just there will they milk us drain us down lust like that as we didn´t care anymore for them as it would be so difficult to send them just like they did in the past????

I am Mexican, paid with a Mexican card and was able to purchase my MagicBands+ without issue....try again?
I used the (USA/English) portal, tho. We will be picking them up at the Resort.

Yes, we got one. I've read on other threads that some went to people's Spam folders, so check there if you haven't already.

The Sender was Shop@Disneyparks.com, BTW.
 
I didn't get one - either in my inbox OR in my spam. I check my spam subjects and senders before deleting it and would have seen that. It shows "In Progress" in my Magic Band list, so I'm not stressing yet.

Did you order as a resort guest through MDE? If so, there is now an “Order History” button not too far down from the header, right below the first section that shows your family members. If your order was successful, you should see them there. Enjoy!

Yeah that is awesome but also not so wondering since you are living in mid-America middle of America also known as Latin America would be mean if they wouldn´t including you guess also the South Americans like Chile, Brazil and so like Argentina also would be maybe possible to purchase but for the rest like the UK, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia I doubt it.

I got the information due to the Region I live I can´t proceed further with the ordering of a magic Band. I think since they ended the free versions and the Pandemic they put it down for international Guest outside of AMERICA North, Mid and South-America maybe just fine but the rest of the World we got dissed and excluded. I don´t know why that is, usually you have gotten it delivered to your stayed resort as international guest like at least the north americans got it delivered home.

So it seems another lame thing for them forcing us to purchase the expensive one and the most wanted not even available cuz supply chain issues again really having so much time for making those and still failing on deliver enough versions or quantity for some designs like who doesn´t want to have Walt and MIckey dang it that´s the most nice one of all those new ones.

But I can try what you spotted maybe it works but don´t forget often GEO BLOCKING is in process so they could still not accept it but thanks for the advice. If not I have to face to catch it at the resort only worried they would have enough options. And it is really nasty that I should or must pay the full price and not getting the $10,- off.:headache::sad::-) tried I can´t even choose the US only Europe or the UK is available just like I feared this stupid GEO BLOCKING.

So nuts why did they do this all those companies should´ve been happy if international guests would join their sites and products like some streamers that aren´t yet in Europe fully. Back than no issue with who people were could easily visit US-Sites nowadays not so much anymore.

I was able to order as a resort guest (lots of choices) I got an email showing photos of my purchase.
 
Ordered mine for my Aug 20 trip! Fingers crossed it gets shipped in time!!! I went with the Pride Collection one!
Ours in May were shipped to the resort not to my home like in the past. (You might already know this but I wanted to give you a heads up just in case.)

You're not forced to purchase one. You can totally do WDW without a MB+.
Hey I don´t ask for kinda stupid answers I wanted help from people that may know about why it isn´t like pre-pandemic and yes I know I can do it without one but who says I would want to.

I don´t want to do things with crappy phone or other crazy things I want to use a MB for convenience and not other things to enjoy the times there.

I also want to do the 50th Statues even when it seems only few have voice audios as well but still a funny way of explore and celebrating the 50th there. Therefore a MB+ is needed and paying full price wouldn´t be fair when others getting a discount.

Yes I know I should be happy for getting such other discount but would be sweeter if I could get it to choose cuz I guess my Resort will not have plenty options on the new ones.

They did the same thing to me so I was expecting them to arrive to my home, it even said shipped. I can't remember where I saw it on the website but I finally noticed they were shipping them to the resort. Yours may not be that way but could be worth checking.

Sorry it gets frustrating over the things they taken away from us nationally and internationally as well and since the reviews of those new ones doesn´t bring anymore joy to see it special or magical.

Therefore a regular MB will work well enough have no time for playing or walking around unnecessarily will take only pictures of the Statues but that´s it since not all of them having voices and only because of the augmented reality things alone not really especially if it is really draining your phone down extremely quickly.

But I need my MAGIC BAND at least and I have to take it in my Resort since I will need it for open my room because like I already posted don´t care for the Phone crappy or other Card kinda craziness they want to force us to use I don´t care my phone is not a playdevice for them.

It is enough already what they want from us Mobile Ordering take your Phone, Make Lightning Lane bookings if you care for or Individual LL paying and choosing if you have to use your Phone. Use your Phone for looking for Wait Times and so on and on.

I preferring a nice decent Magic Band but don´t care anymore for the new version one maybe at Disneyland if the fix those problems in few Years but not for now. But it is getting weird anyways designed ones for regular ones already almost cost as much with mostly $39,99.

It is pretty sad we the Park Goers seems to still be their major income machines more than with Streaming and TV and so but still they treaten us more and more as kinda who cares let them pay for their passion.

Weird times damn I miss Papa Igor I don´t think the Disney Brothers would like how they turned the Company into yeah they may be happy with Financials but not necessarily with the outcome of how things were pushed out in at least certain Areas.

It seems if I can´t book it few days in advance have to deal with live purchasing in the Resort only hoping they have a lot of variety cuz when they also have those new MB+ ones maybe the regular are shortend for the space the new ones need.

Also I read somewhere, that it seems mostly a supply chain issue, could be the reason why things are like they are at the moment, that´s why it took some time bringing those new ones out.

I heard there is a Store in Disney Springs that let you individualize Magic Bands with your own touch of styling but have you to purchase a simply colored one and than can design=?

Or is it like you pay a price for a Band but than you can design the looks of it and they will make you the Band there in sometime but this than is useable like generous bought ones as well only have to link it and than good????

I guess not possible to buy just a colored one and than give them to let you do the design cuz they will do it live there and need their own bands for that can´t use a already purchased one???
