New Magic Hour For Kids!

Hi all,
Please read below!! I just received an email and thought you might be interested in the extra park hour for kids.
From August 13 - September 30, the Magic Kingdom will offer a new program called Little Ones Magic Hour. On select days during those dates, guests of Disney-owned resorts, Disney Swan & Dolphin, Shades of Green, and the Hilton at Walt Disney World will be able to enter the Magic Kingdom 1 hour before park opening to enjoy select attractions in Fantasyland. Valid theme park admission is required.

Sundays: 8/13, 8/20, 8/27, 9/3, 9/10, 9/17, 9/24
Wednesdays: 8/16, 8/23, 8/30, 9/6, 9/13, 9/20, 9/27
Fridays: 8/18, 8/25, 9/1, 9/8, 9/15, 9/22, 9/29

Wow! That is really neat! Is there an age bracket that your children must be in to enjoy the attractions?

- Cinderella's Golden Carrousel
- Dumbo the Flying Elephant
- It's a Small World
- Mad Tea Party
- The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
- Mickey's PhilharMagic
- Peter Pan's Flight
- Pooh's Playful Spot
- Snow White's Scary Adventures

I was under the impression that this takes place at the same time as the EMH in the AM.... just some additional attractions that are open during the EMH... someone please correct me if this is not the case...

and if that is not the case... does that mean that the Little Ones Magic Hour is only in Fantasyland and the rest of the park is closed during this time???

This is not the regular EMH. The "Fantasyland" EMH is on Sun., Wed., and Fridays. Fantasyland is the ONLY part of the park that will be open.

How will they determine who can get in early and who can't?

I don't have a young child. (my "baby" is 14 ) However, there are several ride/shows we enjoy in FL.
Mickey's PhilharMagic
Peter Pan's Flight
Tea Cups
We like to get those done before it gets packed with strollers.

I think that this EMH is treated like the others. Resort guests are allowed in early. I don't think you have to have a young child to use the EMH. All you need is your resort ID.
