Are you referring to declining magic bands for an on site stay and if declining them makes the price of the stay cheaper? If so, no. Magic Bands are free to on site guests, you can decline if you like but nothing else changes

Does what cost less? MB are provided free for resort guests. You don't get a discount if you decline them.
