I had the new coffee rubbed Kansas City strip last week and I agree it was excellent. Bye, bye mushroom filet, you are no longer my favorite! Oh, and the KC strip is a bone in strip, which differentiates it from a NY strip. This does affect the cooking (it will be more rare as you get near the bone), and some think the flavor as well. As other have confirmed, the choc moose is still on the menu.
