We just got home ... know we've got some duplicates of lanyard only pins ... but we have to unpack and take inventory to be sure of what we've got.

I'd be willing to trade a lanyard pin for another lanyard pin (i.e. topiary minnie for piglet on a train or something along those lines ... depending on what we still need).

I just got back for WDW, too, and have to unpack and update Pinpics. I am here at the computer, and I haven't unlocke the suitcase, so I have my priorities straight (LOL)!
I missed some the second set of lanyard pins, but have extras of the first set, if anyone wants to trade. I would like to trde for Topiary Mickey.

The first 9 were the following:
Goofy in Tux, USA Donald, Topiary Minnie, Pooh on a Train, Winking Mickey, Cheshire Cat, Tweedledum and Tweedledee, Seven Dwarves Cottage, and Dalmation Puppy (running with hind legs tucked underneath). I have these for trade.

The second bunch were : Mickey in Tux, Topiary Mickey, FL license plate (with I love Mickey), Hercules (flexing muscle), Piglet on tender car ( small train car), Beast's castle, Dalmation puppy (running - fore and hind legs stretched out), Tinkerbell ("Pixie Power"), Esmeralda and Phoebus (?), "Sleeping Beauty 1959" ( just the words on a gold oval), and Mickey on a multi-colored background. Some people say that there is another Mickey face (not winking) in the new set. I did not see it. Check Dizpins News for pictures.

We just got back today and were able to find most of the pins from both sets - sorry have no extras to trade though. The best place to find them is in AK - and there are many nice CM's there too to trade. The Mickey topiary is neat - next to the Minnie topiary. Do have a new Earth Day pin to trade if anyone has an extra Goofy in a tux or Mickey in a tux. Caroline

Help. I have really gotten into pin trading after my Jan. and April WDW trips. But I am a newbie when it comes to trading with anyone but CMs at the parks and I also have bought a few pins I liked off of EBay for my collection. But I have no idea how PinPics works and how one goes about trading via the internet. Is there a site where I could be educated about internet trading? Or would someone be willing to post and walk me through how this all works.

Also, since I am new I am looking for pin sites to educate myself about what is presently out there being sold in the parks, etc. I have www.dizneypins.com and dizpins.com bookmarked so I can keep up with the new pins coming out. Any other sites that I should be checking out on a regular basis?

Also, my son has a friend who is in WDW right now working with the College Program and I got her started on pin trading when we were visiting in April. She is having fun with it. She just wrote me and offered to pick up any pins I would like her to get. I want to take her up on her offer. On disneypins.com I saw where One Hundred Mickey's Pin Kick-Off is being held in DL on 4/28. I like the pins shown on the site. Does anyone know if these pins will be sold in WDW? If so, where?

I'm somewhat of a newbie as well ... so I won't be a whole lotta help ... I too would like more websites for checking out pins.

We've found pinpics and dizpins to be very helpful.

I've figured out how to buy pins on ebay (just nailed 3 today), but the trading via the internet info would be helpful to me too.

As for anything being kicked off this Sunday 4/28 at DL. I was planning on hitting Downtown Disney at DL 4/27. I may change my plans to 4/28. Email me and let me know if there's anything specific I can keep an eye out for you.
