As a player since Beta, I had my doubts as to where VMK was going in the last few months. This month, I am actually glad to see that some stuff from last year has returned. In addition, actually glad to see the addition of orange ghosts. Just like the orange crates and the black crates, it appears that they will be taking old items and changing the colors to make it new and different.

In addition, I want to state that this pattern of no new costumes is not a surprise. Historically, the costumes have surfaced closer to the Halloween Holiday. Like last year, the Red Cowboy was new and surfaced around the last week of October till November 1. So I say keep saving and lets see what next week brings.

I agree that I love the colors and everything. I just happen to like my white ghots better hehe. The costume pattern isn't bothering me. I guess I have all the old costumes that I want so to me I just buy for later on. I do know I would like a pink princess top but I can survive with a princess release lol.
Now if they would just realease my tower of terror stuff I would be really happy hehe. I wan't to have a bell hopper costume so badly and if they released some other furnish too and maybe even a room..that's would be awesome ..Well I can dream can't I

Awww your so very welcome!! I am glad I could help out. I know the last few times I have posted I see that there are people that can't see bucket and I wanted to post were people could see but I didn't know were a site was that I could use lol. Enjoy

I don't mind the orange ghost - variety is cool. I agree that different colors are fun. I am just extremely disappointed to see that the white ghost is gone - the ONLY thing they have pulled all month.

You have a great point about new stuff coming out towards the end. Not giving up hope on new stuff, just really disappointed that the white ghost is gone and there really is not much new to get super excited about for long-time players. The pin is cool and the orange ghost is cute, but... sigh, couldn't he live in the stores side by side with the white ghost? Bring back the white ghost - please vmk!

Luckily on a whim I bought some additional white ghosties last night because I absolutely love them.

If you like the orange ghosties you'd better buy them now. It appears there is a color change trend going on - could be green or purple next week!! Wouldn't that be cool!

I thought this was a good friday, I personally like the orange ghosts. If we get yellow ghosts then we can make candy corn out of all of them. My prediction for next friday: Bright purple cowboy pants. With pink polka dots.

I am glad that they are bringing back some old stuff. It gives newer players a chance to get some cool stuff. PLUS...that means that I dont have to spend as many credits. LOL.

When trading this morning, I noticed that the green super hero costume was listed as male clothing on my female character. It appeared to be grayed out as if not tradable to someone of the opposite gender; however, after clicking on it, I was still able to add it to the trade window.

Just wanted to pass that along to people who may be trading the green super hero pieces.

The Superhero costumes – both are on sale now at the Emporium! (10/19/07 - 10/25/07)

So if you want one (or two, or three or a hundred! ) make sure you buy them this week!

Orange Ghost and Harp pin? I'm underwhelmed.

Green super costume? Haven't been able to trade those for diddly since even before they were re-released the first time in Halloween '06. Third release on a lame costume? bah

Why couldn't they have at least released the purple costume for sale? (The one I don't have and actually like?) Oh, hey... on the subject - To any one who has the Purple Super Hero costume: Are they by any chance tradeable now? I doubt it, but thought I'd ask.)

Or in the spirit of new colors, why not at least released the previously teased Teal Super Hero costume? Heh.
