But just as an aside, a friend of mine runs a judgement recovery service business in addition to his real estate business. He tells me that apparently more than 50% of lawsuits where judgments are never actually paid out, so he helps people who win judgments get the money they are owed. I'd be curious what impact the fact that many judgments are never collected would have on a business like this. I feel like I'm missing an "e" in judgments but it keeps spell checking me when I add it to the plural but not the singular. What an odd pluralization.
