New info on POR buildings 14/15??

Does anyone know if buildings 14/15 have been renovated yet?

If they haven't, what building would you recommend?

I just read a post on the Trip Reports board from someone who is at POR right not. They are staying in Bldg. 18 because their first choice of 14 was closed for refurbishment. ~~
