If you want to add on do it today...not sure what price or incentives will be tomorrow
Will tomorrow be a non-event? That is the question.
Will VGF go up in price?
Will we ever see a rollback incentive toward becoming a direct member for less than 150 points?
Will PVB2 go into pre-sale at a crazy incentive level?
Will BWV and BCV have incentives to extend their contracts to 2057?
Will RIV resale restrictions be dropped?
Will new owners get free annual passes?
What, in your wildest dreams, could the next round of incentives be like?
Where’s that old Magic Eight Ball when you need it….Will tomorrow be a non-event? That is the question.

I could see this. There’s opportunities to make AP levels more a la carte such as a level of AP that gets parking included, and one that does not. This is what we asked for, is what we’ll be told. There's a reasonably credible rumor out there that AP Renewals will be stopped in July and the entire annual pass program revamped. So no more Pixie, Sorcerer or Incred-Pass for anyone.
If nothing decent for DVC Members is rolled out, I wonder if the incentives will have to get even better. I'm beginning to regret our VGF purchase, but will wait for official news before I do anything.
Riviera discounted deeper than Aulani for add-on members!?
I don't think you can make any conclusions about what "Disney wants" until they get staffing levels back up where they need to be. What they want TODAY is not what they want long-term.If Disney’s goal is to attract less frequent guests (ie create high turnover) it’s somewhat counter-intuitive for them to push high point dvc contracts through incentives since those guests would be more likely to use annual passes. And why would someone want say 600 points if they cannot get an annual pass? There seems to be a mismatch.
It is very interesting. I toured both resorts last week looking at the various rooms they have (including the new resort studio at VGF) and I must say they are both stunning. So stunning that I put an offer in on VGF contract. But I didn’t think incentives would go this way. I may have been swayed to just add on at Riveria direct as opposed to buying anything resale. I wonder if people are scared of not only the resale restrictions but also the high MFs. VGF MFs are amazing. We never work with full information.I just put in 300 points on the DVC site out of curiosity and discount for Riviera and Aulani is 41 dollars, and VGF is 24. That’s seems like a big discount for Riviera and makes it 17 points cheaper than VGF for existing members. I’m not in the market but it’s interesting they’re pricing it this way.
