New Hotels under construction?

Does anyone know what is being built next to The Contemporary overlooking Magic Kingdom? Also I heard that the Four Seaons is in a joint venture with Disney. Has anyone heard about this?

The Four Seasons resort will be in the area originally intended for the DVC Eagle Pines resort. Disney has de-annexed the site from Reedy Creek.

The tower next to the Contemporary has had paperwork filed with the state of FL to indicate it is a DVC resort, however, nothing has been announced by DVC.
