How can I PM other users?

You have to have 10 posts first. Or it might be more than 10, meaning 11? Either way, there is a board towards the bottom of the list that's specifically meant to get your post count up.

But here's the direct link. You're already close, with 7. If you respond to this, you'll only need to post 2 or 3 more times.

I think you need 10 (11?) messages before you can start a new topic.

They're most likely wanting to use the PM feature to set up DVC rentals.

After hitting 10 messages I believe you have to wait 24 hours? Or maybe it's you have to have 10 messages and your account must be at least 24 hours old? I dunno, something like that.

You must be registered on DISboards for 24 hours and have 10 posts.
