New Hats do not match picture in Gallery

Have you noticed in the Gallery the pictures of the Hats coming out.
They do not match the ones on sale? What happens between the
initial concept and the finished product?

BTW I am not crazy about the new Jester Hat. The purple thing sticking
straight up; the hat is just scarry!

Uh.. they dont need to match to be released. And the jester hat is not scary. It is my favorite out of all the released hats this month.

Exactly, it's just concept art, it shouldn't be exactly as previewed..

The Disney Gallery above Pirates of the Caribbean at Disneyland shows lots of concept art for real and proposed attractions. VMK Gallery serves the same purpose.
And I find the Jester Hat frightening as well.

Im sorry I was not meaning to make a deal of it. I just wondered why the hats did not match like the second one looks nothing like the pink beret.
It was just a question. Now I know the answer it is just a concept and no more.

Actually, I think the Mask looks the same as the pic. Why have it the same, the hats appearences are a suprise. That makes it exciting

While I agree that concept art can evolve when it becomes reality (or in this case, virtual reality)...I am surprised that they went with a pink beret rather than a black one. How do go to that extreme?

There is a black beret coming out. If you can look at the community calendar, there is notice of what hats are coming out and when they go on sale this month. Lots of boys have been wearing the pink beret anyway. The jester hat with mask looks like Mardi Gras. Without the mask, it would look something like a ski hat.

when I logged on this morning, I saw someone in a new hat and what looked like a superhero mask and I was like- oh my gosh they added another button!
then when I found it was a hat I was like...aww

I like the new hat- I think it is really cute and all- and have bought some but I wonder why they didn't make the blue parts green? Then it would have been a Mardi Gras hat... with purple, green and gold balls- my dd has a real hat just like that one that she will be wearing this week in New Orleans- except her's is purple green and gold... as aposed to purple blue and gold...


But this is a great hat- and I don't mind the mask at all
